CHOC Community Pediatrics was built around a conviction that every child in Orange County deserves access to exceptional pediatric care, regardless of where they live, what they can afford, or what language they speak.

- Clinica CHOC Para Niños, a dedicated Spanish-language clinic
- A community clinic at the Boys & Girls Club in Santa Ana
- CHOC Health Center, Garden Grove, with Spanish- and Vietnamese-speaking physicians
- A dedicated adolescent medicine clinic on the Rady Children’s, Orange campus
- A Chapman Avenue location in Orange, just minutes from Rady Children’s Hospital
- Our Wellness on Wheels program, bringing care directly to the families who need it most
